How far can an F-150 Lightning go on one charge? It depends on what type of battery you have. Your truck comes with one of two battery packs, either a standard range or an extended range battery. The standard range offers 452 horsepower, while you can upgrade to a beefy 580 when you pick the extended range. This also makes an important difference in your 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning range:
The Ford F-150 Lightning charging time is variant on which battery you have and the type of charger you use in State College or Pittsburgh. If you’ve got the extended range battery, your truck has the Ford Charge Station Pro, which is an available add-on for standard range. The Ford Charge Station Pro can fully recharge a battery in roughly eight hours. However, if you’ve got access to a DC Fast Charger through Ford’s BlueOval™ charging network, you can get from 15 to 80 percent in 41 miles on the extended range battery and 36 minutes with the standard range battery.
