Ms. Kayla Dodson, at the service desk, in Hollidaysburg, PA, is AWESOME!! She’s knowledgeable and all about customer service too!! Knowledge and customer service rolled into one!!! She knows her stuff, and could answer my questions before any male counterpart there could - I’m just saying … girl power!! I recommend using Kayla as your go to service desk rep - she knows what she is doing and will go above and beyond to get the job done, and without the swindling sales tactics too, which people hate and expect from all dealerships. She is awesome!!!!

Genuinely a good buying experience. I normally feel on guard in most dealerships, but the relaxed process starting with the test drive not being chaperoned, allowing me to truly evaluate the vehicle was much appreciated. Joel Geesey was great to deal with, he didn't try to hide out the door numbers or make me feel pressured into anything. I threw curve balls at him and he was more than accommodating. I'd work with him again. As for the paperwork, this is where you'll receive the usual line of last second sells, but I didn't feel uncomfortable when denying any certain coverages offered by the dealership. Overall about as good of an experience as I've had at any of the big dealerships.
